Run As You Are in Partnership with Women’s Fund of Rhode Island & Women’s Fund of Southeastern Massachusetts

Have you ever thought about running for office? We believe you already have the life experience, talent and capacity to run a successful campaign. This full day workshop targeted to women will give you the framework to develop your platform, plan your back office infrastructure and begin planning for a successful campaign. Designed to be non-partisan, we will also connect you to local resources. If you have a passion to serve, you can run for office and win! Stay tuned for registration information.

This event is facilitated in partnership with VoteRunLead, the Women’s Fund of Rhode Island, &  the Women’s Fund of Southeastern Massachusetts. It is made possible with support by the Women’s Center at Bristol Community College, Governor Gina Raimondo, Secretary of State Nellie Gorbea, General Treasurer Seth Magaziner and the Coalition of Labor Union Women.

This workshop will run from 8am-4pm. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. $10 per person to cover costs; scholarships will be made available for those who need them by emailing ebrown@wfri.org.
