NewPower Education is excited to announce Women Make a Difference: How to Get a Seat at the Table, a day-long workshop for women interested in engaging in public service in Georgia.  Whether you are contemplating a run for office, want to learn how to effectively advocate for policies you’re passionate about, or simply are curious about how you can leverage your expertise to make a positive impact in your community, this workshop is for you!

The day will be packed with inspiring women speakers currently serving in city, county and state government, along with networking opportunities and food to sustain you.

A special keynote address will be delivered by Andrea Young, Executive Director of ACLU-Georgia. Ms. Young is acclaimed for her roles in civic engagement and advocacy.
