Here at VoteRunLead, we’ve been excited and inspired to Take The Pledge issued by We Won’t Wait, a national movement of women taking our families’ concerns from the kitchen table to the voting booth, and transforming our communities one conversation at a time.

The 2016 election provides an important opportunity for women, with a strong focus on women of color, low-income women, and immigrant women, to elevate the needs of our communities to the political forefront. We have the opportunity to define the narratives being used nationwide, engage New American Majority voters, and to set the stage for continued organizing for years to come.

HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?

Take The Pledge that We Won’t Wait is challenging women across the United States to take, to:

  1. Call for a comprehensive economic agenda that spells real change for you and your family
  2. Engage your community to encourage others to vote so our voices are heard.
  3. Commit to making sure the issues that matter to you stay at the top of the agenda after the November election.

Attend the We Won’t Wait Summit, September 19th-20th, in National Harbor, Maryland. Join the We Won’t Wait collaborative, for their national summit in National Harbor, MD on September 19-20, 2016.
